Pictures and a funny video...
Popo's shakey foot genes?!?! <---click for video
Camden had his 2 year check-up on Tuesday. He was 37.25 inches tall (96%tile!!!) and 31.6 lbs (84%tile!) He started singing his ABC's while Dr. McRae was in there. He also kept saying "I love you Mama" and "Ready go home now". She was impressed with how much he's talking! He is a healthy boy!
This was before the 2 shots he had to get....

After the shots. He kept saying "Get mine leg off!" I guess he thought the girl was trying to cut his leg off during the shots!

A new Dora made everything all better though!! Dora is the new favorite show at our house! "Wiper, no wiping" (Swiper is a fox on the show)

Watching the storm the other night. Check out Camdey's cheeky ;)

Christian had "Chuck Wagon Day" at school on Thursday. I have lots of cute pictures of him with the animals I will have to upload!

Eating lunch together yesterday. It's funny because I put this picture on Facebook and wrote a caption of "they love eating lunch together at their picnic table".... and my dad commented "C2 just happy to be eating, makes no difference when, where, what kind of table, or who with! In fact, he does not even require a table." HAHAHA...so true!

So sad :(
Oliver hasn't been doing good lately so my dad took him to the vet last week and got some meds to help with his pain. The vet (Dr. Reese), said that he had nerve damage and gave the meds to possibly help with pain. My dad took Oli back to the vet on Monday to see if he could get a splint on one leg that kept curling under and Dr. Reese discovered that Oliver has bone cancer. I only found this out this morning. This makes me sad beyond words :'( So, I know some of you aren't big dog lovers, but PLEASE pray for him not to hurt so much. I really don't know what the prognosis is exactly, but I know it's not good. I am heartbroken right now :'(

This is a picture of me with Oliver on the day I got him-- he is named after Oliver and Company the movie, which was new right around the time I got him!

Back in the halo
Buzz had x-rays this morning and his leg was healed so they took the pin out. Of course that required a new incision (smaller this time), and thus, the halo had to go back on. Two more weeks of laying around for Buzz, then back to the vet for a check-up. HOPEFULLY, this sweet boy will be given the all clear to run and play after that. Dr. Reese told Scott (he picked Buzz up) that everything (including his 3 pelvic fractures) has healed far better than he could have hoped for! :) :)

Updates...
Well we took the little "preciouses" to the dentist this morning. Christian would absolutely NOT even sit in the chair for x-rays. He didn't cooperate for them to "take a look" either, so we had to hold him down for that. No wonder everyone hates the dentist, ha! We had to hold Cam down for his exam also. The good news is that neither one has any cavities. The bad news is that they both have small mouths with teeth "really close together." Christian also fell a couple of weeks ago in the shower and hit his tooth. It is now turning a darker color, which the dentist said is normal. However, it most likely will not go back to the correct color. Lucky for us, it's a baby tooth. They go back to the dentist 6 months from now and hopefully the little "preciouses" will be more cooperative and let them give them a good cleaning!
I am going to take Christian to the pediatrician this afternoon for what I think might be some sort of infection under his ear (on the outside). Pray that it's just something simple and easily fixable! I will update yall when I know more :)

Love this...
I stole this off of a friends Facebook status...
The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."
I think it pretty much hits the nail on the head. Take a minute today to slow down and take in life and the world around you. Notice the small things you don't normally find worth looking at. Compliment someone. Do something nice for a stranger. Take a deep breath. Be thankful for life. I will too :)

Couple Videos/pic...
Cam Learning Camden gets some one on one learning time while Christian's at school!
Christian riding I'm not sure what's more hilarious... Christian's steering skills, or Popo running behind him ;)
My little loves and me!

Popo drew their names on the driveway :)

Also, I wanted to update yall on Finnley. Her platelet count is staying up better and she may be able to go home tomorrow!!

Happy Thursday!
Wow, the Barmore schedule is filling up for the next few weeks it seems like! Christian & Camden have their first dentist appointment tomorrow. You should have seen the look on Scott's face when I told him that the FOUR of us are making that trip. "I will be at work", he said. "Oh no honey, I scheduled it while you were off on purpose!" Haha. I would have to be on drugs to take 2 kids ages 2 and 3 to the dentist by myself. Not happenin'. :) So, any tips on how to make it through those appointments without all having to be severely drugged &/or sedated are super welcomed! PLEASE! If we all make it through that, I will let you know how it went!
We are taking Scott's car to the Whataburger cruise night tonight. It will be sporting a for sale sign! Also, for those of you interested, tonight is the Rabies clinic at the Whitehouse HS barn at 7pm. $8/pet. A vet's office charges $35-$40, so it's a pretty good deal! We are going to that tonight as well.
Buzz is scheduled to have x-rays and possibly surgery again next week. If his leg is healed, he will have the rod removed if he hasn't grown too much for Dr. Reese to "get to it." I guess it is favorable to remove the rod if at all possible, but if not, that is okay too. I am hopeful that all of Buzz's (3) breaks in his pelvis are healed as well as his leg. He certainly does not act like anything is bothering him. He fights the leash and tries to run at every chance he gets. He also stands up on his back legs to look over the fence that he stays in in my room. He has been the BEST puppy during all of this. He will just be 6 months old tomorrow. The very first night he was inside in his fence was the ONLY time he has had a bathroom accident. Since then, not a single accident...just whines when he needs to go out... I like to brag about how smart he is, but it IS lack of brilliance on his and my part that we're in this situation in the first place ;)
School is still going good for me. I am currently taking my last two required Bible courses. They are my least favorite just because of how difficult the instructors make it. Apparently, LETU has a rep for extremely hard/unfavorable Bible classes. Three more courses this summer + student teaching during fall= DONE, DONE, DONE! I am SO ready! It will only be 8 years since I graduated HS when I get my Bachelors (a 4 yr degree) ;)
I have some cute videos and pics of the kids playing outside yesterday that I will try to get on here soon... right now, Cam isn't really excited about this novel I've been writing on here ;)

In response to a request!
I will be starting back up my *I am thankful for...* posts. This is an awesome way to not only point out what I am thankful for, but it is a reminder of exactly how blessed I am!
Today I am thankful for "boring". Sometimes I add more and more activities to my life in order to make it more lively. However, I actually feel LUCKY & BLESSED to be living a somewhat calm and peacefully uneventful life.

This stems from the story I have been asking you to pray for. Finnley's platelet count was up this morning, but dropped back down again this evening. Hope has donated platelets and they are "washing" them and going to give them to Finnley. This is in place of just giving her random donor platelets. Her count was at 37k at the last check, and normal is around 150k. Her count was 5k when she was born. Please keep praying for Miss Finnley Reese!

Good Sunday Morning!!
I thought you would enjoy this that Christian said to me ...
"I can take care you when you get older mama. I can carry you to Wah-waht (Walmart) and take care you."
What a sweetheart!!
Update on Hope's baby girl:
Finnley was able to get a transfusion yesterday evening and as of last night she was doing "significantly better" according to Hope! However, her numbers were very low again this morning. They are going to life flight Finnley to a hospital in Plano because they need to be able to wash Hope's blood to give to her and they can't do that at the hospital that they're at in Louisiana. Keep praying for that sweet baby & her family!

Special Request...
My friend, Hope, had her baby yesterday. Finnley Reese has Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia. From what I've read, it is a disagreement between something in the mother and baby's platelets. Plllllllllllease, pray for Finnley and her family. Finnley is waiting to find platelets from an antigen negative donor (only 1% of the population has this rare type of platelets). I only know that because her sister, Heather, told me this information. I will pass the word on any changes I am told of-- for now, just please add this sweet angel to your prayer list!

Christian: "Umm...Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head!"
